Office of Prayer

From the beginning, the church has recognized the importance of prayer. Prayer was offered at various times during the day. In our modern world, many of us struggle to find time for just one moment of prayer. I have found in my own life, that I need some structure every now and then. So, I sometimes use the Office of Daily Prayer as a guide to help me in my prayer life. When I use this resource, I say (chant mostly) the numerous Psalms associated with the prayers. Since this is a verbal event, I decided, that when I am in my office and near the equipment, I would video and share this with you. I try and give some brief commentary along the way. You can follow along with the prayer and join with me in the Lord's Prayer. I hope that you find this helpful for your own spiritual growth.
