We invite you to come and join us for a very special time of worship. We are celebrating our Annual Homecoming. This year, one of our former pastors, the Reverend Don Scott and his wife Peggy, will be returning to share the morning message with us. Don was the pastor at the church in the late 70's/early 80's. He is well remembered by those that were at the church at the time and we look forward to a great get together.
Immediately following the worship service, we will be hosting a potluck meal in our fellowship hall. We are asking that you bring a main dish/casserole and at least one side dish. The church will provide the drinks, bread and dessert. We are going to get a large sheet cake with a couple of picture of the church as it has existed in previous years. Since 1895, the church has undergone quite a few external modifications.
Christy Smith has been diligently working on a slide show presentation of past events, activities, and persons of the church. We will be playing this on the monitor in the fellowship hall during our luncheon.
